Angel Reese is locked in. March Madness is approaching, and we all know what that means in the college basketball realm.

With the 2024 national championship to defend, the LSU Tigers, who currently stand at No. 8 in the AP women’s top 25 poll, are gearing up for a hard-fought tournament. And Reese seems ready to take the lead.

The 21-year-old took to Instagram recently to put her mindset on display.

She is ready for postseason play, and she has the fierce on-court photos to prove it.

The carousel of images she recently shared on her account featured a handful of photos from pregame shootarounds to game time in her white and purple Tigers uniform.

“I under prayed & God over delivered!” she wrote in the caption of the post, expressing gratitude for her success.

Reese, who was named Southeastern Conference Player of the Year on Tuesday, is in her senior season at LSU.

Although she hasn’t yet made a definitive announcement regarding her plans for next year, she’s projected as a first-round pick in the 2024 WNBA draft.

She has one year of eligibility remaining, per an NCAA rule regarding the 2020–21 COVID season.

Right now, though, she seems to be focused on the present as the Tigers prepare to defend their national title.
