The promising WNBA rookie celebrated her 22nd birthday on May 6, and social media was flooded with birthday wishes from fans and followers.
Reflecting on the occasion, Reese expressed gratitude for the blessings she had received and the exciting opportunities that lay ahead in her career. Despite being a rookie in the WNBA, Reese has already made a significant impact both on and off the court.
“Wow! God is so good!,” Reese said on X.
“Being able to play the game I love & live my dream in the fashion world all on my 22nd birthday is a blessing.”
Reese comments on her debut
In her preseason debut, Reese showcased her talent by recording a 13 points and nine rebounds, earning praise from fans and teammates alike. However, she was not 100 percent satisfied by her performance.
“I’m really hard on myself so I didn’t feel like I had the best game,” Reese said.
“I didn’t feel like I was super efficient, but I got to the line.
“But I mean it was my first one so I gotta just kind of groove with it.”
