KATE Beckinsale has continued concern for her wellbeing after sharing a new photo from a hospital bed

The Underworld star, 50, is known for her cheeky sense of humour online, and posted a photo on Instagram of fuzzy white bunny socks in honour of the Easter weekend.

However, although the photo was just of the socks, fans noticed that she was lying in a medical bed – marking nearly three weeks since she was first taken to hospital.

Soon, friends and fans were flocking to see how she was doing.

Among them was No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani, who simply asked, “What’s wrong?!”

While others started guessing why exactly Kate was seeking medical care, others simply decided to wish her well.

“Easter blessings to you. I hope you are back on your adorable feet soon,” one wrote.

While a second said: “Happy Easter Beautiful Kate. Please take care of yourself and stay safe/”

“I appreciate your singular sense of humor and ability to not take yourself too seriously,” one fan wrote: “I lost my father a few years ago and am so sorry for your recent loss and past loss. I wish you strength and peace in navigating what life is currently throwing your way.”

The Van Helsing star has had a rough start to 2024, also suffering the loss of her stepfather, Roy Battersby, back in January.

The TV director died of a stroke, while also suffering from two types of cancer.

Her mother, Judy, has also had health problems, and was rushed to hospital last August.

Judy now lives in LA with her daughter so they can look after each other.

On Mother’s Day, Kate celebrated her mum with a series of photos of her looking teary-eyed in bed.

Kate has not chosen to disclose the reason for her hospitalisation.
