Taylor Swift appears to pay tribute to the Chiefs and Travis Kelce’s jersey number for special Eras Tour show

Taylor Swift appeared to pay tribute to Travis Kelce and the Chiefs on Sunday – with her boyfriend in the crowd for her Eras Tour in Paris.

The performance marked the 87th show of the international tour, which will come to the likes of Stockholm, Lisbon and Madrid in the coming days.

And given that Kelce’s jersey number is 87 as well, Swift wore a Chiefs-themed ensemble to the stage to mark the occasion.

The pop star wore a gold top and red skirt as other celebrities such Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper watched from the crowd.

Swift also performed ‘The Alchemy’ during her set. The song is widely believed to be about Kelce.

Earlier last week, Swift fans were also convinced that some of the songstress’ dance moves were inspired by Kelce’s touchdown celebrations.

Side-by-side videos on X and TikTok showed a striking similarity between her moves and Kelce’s, with the choreography coming during ‘So High School’ – another song that contains fairly obvious references to Kelce.

During the track, Swift seemed to mimic some of Kelce’s trademark touchdown celebrations along with her dancers, including an arm-roll.

Her fans were convinced that it wasn’t a coincidence, with one writing , ‘taylor did the so high school choreography with travis i [swear to god].’

Another said, ‘i wonderrrr where she got that move from’ as the caption for another convincing side-by-side clip.

She and her dancers also ‘swag surfed’ during the song at one show, which is signature move done by Chiefs fans at Arrowhead Stadium.

In ‘So High School,’ Swift sings lyrics such as: ‘I feel like laughin in the middle of practice’ and ‘I wanna find you in a crowd…’

Swift and Kelce have been publicly dating since September.

Notably, one of Swift’s background dancers is Kameron Saunders – brother of former Chief Khalen Saunders.

Swift’s next show is Friday in Stockholm.
