Caitlin Clark delivered yet again.
Clark is showing why she has been pegged to take the WNBA to new heights.
ESPN announced a few months ago that it would launch its brand-new series, “Full Court Press.” This series traced the travels of several female collegiate basketball players, such as Clark.
Clark went to the new series’ premiere screening on Monday. She was spotted diving under the red carpet’s rope as soon as she arrived to sign autographs for several little fans.
The official Indiana Fever account posted the heartwarming moment:
Fans took to the comments and posted how happy they were seeing Caitlin Clark going above and beyond for fans.
Full Court Press will premiere on May 11th and 12th on ABC and ESPN+.
Last Friday night, while the Chicago Sky took on the Minnesota Lynx and the Indiana Fever took on the Dallas Wings, Caitlin Clark, and Angel Reese made their WNBA debuts with their respective teams. Although neither Clark nor Reese was able to lead their club to victory, their debut professional games were impressive.
In a 79-76 loss, Clark finished with 21 points on 6 of 15 shooting, three rebounds, and two assists. In a 92-81 defeat, Reese finished with 13 points on 2 of 8 shooting, nine rebounds, and one assist, via ESPN.com.
Caitlin Clark Selling Out Preseason Game Bodes Well For The WNBA
Clark made her WNBA debut with the Indiana Fever, and it was a complete sellout for a WNBA preseason game.
The newly drafted Indiana Fever player Caitlin Clark has been a major factor in the WNBA’s recent popularity spike, which has increased ticket sales and pricing.
It’s the most recent evidence of the extraordinary rise in women’s professional sports, which might lead to increased commercial opportunities and recognition for clubs and players alike.
The Fever’s home game, as well as road games, are expected to be all at capacity when Clark is on the floor.
